Kasteel Property Management was created because its founders, Jeff and Kim Stinson, experienced in their early years of real estate investing that not all property management companies are the same. Jeff and Kim became aware of problematic issues in the industry and began brainstorming ways to solve them. This is how Kasteel Property Management was born.
