While being a single mom, Tracy graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in City Planning and Resource Management. Following graduation, she worked in the city planning office followed by the planning commission. Seeing the need for quality real estate agents in the industry, she got her license and has been helping clients have a great experience ever since. Tracy’s top qualities are her genuine care and high-energy work ethic, consistently making her one of the top agents in the valley. With over eighteen years in the industry, her experience has proven invaluable in many situations. She is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist.

GREG

Greg Padgett is from Mapleton, UT but has also spent considerable time in Redlands, CA, which is also where his wife is from. He studied Business Management at UVSC, now Utah Valley University. Having worked in the residential restoration, small-medium business, and software industries, Greg is passionate about operations, project management and achieving success for his clients. Seeing an opportunity to provide that level of care and success to individuals and families, Greg made the transition to real estate to start a team with his mom. His #1 success criteria is the happiness of his clients, both during and for years after the home transaction.

DANIELLE

Danielle is our amazing office manager who is up to any task. Danielle is also a Real Estate Agent with years of experience in the field. She is passionate about communication and organization ensuring that clients have the best experience possible. She also has a background in interior design and assists with staging homes. She loves volunteering at senior centers where she teaches smart phone classes around Utah County.
